Great job on this, I like the speed you created using the stars stretching to indicate it, gives a real sense of urgency to the image.

I don't like to be overly picky when I look at a picture, so please don't take this the wrong way.

I must agree with quantsini. While the vessel in the background clearly appears to belong in the picture, the vessel in the foreground, the Kyushu, does appear pasted on. Perhaps if you were to blend the edges slightly, and darken the ship's hull and overall appearance to match the background ship, then it would look more like it belongs in the picture.

Also, While the background vessel's explosion and hulk look very nice and very well executed, the lack of debris lends it an air of...well, fake-ness. In addition, the blue explosion in the upper right has no ship.
That is a personal preference, and if you prefer not to add debris or another ship, then I don't wish to argue with you. Do what you feel is best!

Overall, this is a very well done picture, and I applaud you for having the patience to create a texture for the ship (as I do not)

Good luck in the future, and again, well done!

Woo! I love space battles, and explosions. It is nifty. I bet that was a headache indeed >_o

Sorry. The textures are from scifi-australia. The mesh was going to be but downloading it etc. just resulted in a horrid jumble of CGI that I'd rather not elaborate upon. Needless to say, I had to taylor the new (from scratch) mesh to the textures. Big headache.

this looks cool, but the artbeats doesn't seem to go with the image, it looks pasted on. BTW, you have to credit images if you got them scifi-meshes, or scifi-australia, don't just not credit the people who made the meshes.
